Become a Guardian Angel 
Here at Russell Refuge, our primary goal is to find forever adoptive homes for our little charges. However, over the years we have provided sanctuary for some special individuals who we consider permanent residents of the refuge as well as those who are undergoing a healing process and not yet ready for adoption. We call these our STARLIGHT DOGS.
You can help these dogs -- or any particular dog that touches your heart -- with a tax-deductable monetary donation, a Pet Smart gift certificate or even just one new toy or bone knowing that your caring will make a difference in their lives. Thank you for your kindness.
The angel icon on the Starlight Terrier page indicates that a terrier is sponsored by at least one Guardian Angel. These angels provide financial support for their Starlight terrier which buys food, toys and medical treatment for the terrier.
